This Laval University scholarship, the Bourse sur l’éducation à l’environnement et au développement durable (award 3478G), gives one student $2,000 (two thousand Canadian dollars) for a Master’s or PhD project on environmental education or sustainable development. Who can apply for the Laval University scholarship
- You must study full-time at Université Laval (or count as full-time for student financial aid) in an eligible programme for the fall 2026 session. Part-time students taking 6 to 11 credits may also qualify if Laval recognises them as student parents.
- You must have completed at least 12 credits in your programme by the deadline.
- You can’t have won this scholarship before.
- Your project has to deal with education for the environment and sustainable development.
Because you need 12 completed credits already, this award suits students already at Laval rather than new applicants from abroad.

- Bourses Citoyennes et citoyens du monde: $20,000 for a master’s or $30,000 for a PhD, for international students only, with Excellence and Engagement tracks.
- Tuition fee exemption scholarships (PhD only): these cut your fees to the rate Quebec students pay. You apply, with deadlines of 31 August (summer), 31 December (fall) and 30 April (winter).
